Do you have other suggestions for changes so I start dropping again? Seems Dwon may have a bit too much in my system. I have not lost a single pound. I gained 3 pounds loading and have not cheated. I do eat a few more celery sticks than protocol through out the day for snack to combat hunger when needed.
My last injection was on the 30 October. To expect one number to go down a bit each day on the scale is just simply unrealistic. Your 4 point above was a relief! I need to begin protocol tomorrow and quit screwing around with it.
